Measurement Science Conference Symposium and Workshop
Fundamentals of Liquid Flow Rate Workshop
Join Proteus Industries Director of Corporate Quality and Labratory Manager Richard Fertell at the 2010 Measurement Science Conference for a half-day workshop on the fundamentals of liquid flow rate.
  • Learn the difference between, and the application of, volumetric versus mass flow rate measurement.
  • Understand the influences and interactions of fluid viscosity, density, turbulence in flow, temperature, compressible and non-compressible fluids, and electro-magnetic interference on different flow sensing technologies.
  • Explore flow calibration methods and techniques to achieve better sensor field performance for water, hydrocarbons and silicone oils.
Where: Measurement Science Conference
Pasadena Convention Center
Pasadena, California
When: Wednesday, March 24, 2010
