RoHS and WEEE Policy
The European Community has passed directives relating to the elimination of hazardous materials (RoHS) and the processing of electronic waste (WEEE).
 All Proteus products introduced after June 2005 will be RoHS compliant. The data sheets for these products will state that the product is RoHS compliant. Products shipped to China will conform with the packaging and labeling requirements of China RoHS. For the status of any product, please contact Technical Support.
Proteus products are generally used as a part of stationary large-scale industrial equipment and are thus exempt from the WEEE directive. Proteus has not registered as a producer in any EU country.
