Unused standard products in new condition can be returned for credit within 60 days of shipment for a restocking charge of 15% of the original selling price. There is no restocking charge for products returned for correction of our mistakes within 60 days of shipment. Orders for customized products shall be non-cancelable unless a separate written agreement exists for the recovery of the inventory costs of product-specific unused inventory. Customized products are non-returnable. Products that have been used or tested are non-returnable. Orders for Tofco products are non-cancelable and non-returnable (NCNR).
